Hi, I have a question, in the first audio, Max says: Okay, wie kommen wir dorthin?

Shouldn’t they use “wie GEHEN wir dorthin”? If they are still not inside the sprachcafe, how is Max using KOMMEN? Is this colloquial speech or a mistake?

Hi, thank you for noticing. This is not mistake, German isn’t very precise here. In fact, it would even sound strange to a native speaker to use gehen here. When talking about locations, whenever you can use get in English, it’s correct to use kommen in German.
